We cooperated with the SAFE platform (Sustainable Agriculture Food and Environment) in the development and implementation of its social media dissemination plan. We conducted several workshops together with their communication managers to detect the key performance indicators and co-managed with them their Facebook and Twitter profiles during 6 months. At the end of the period we conducted a technical training to make sure the Hivos Community Managers were completely independent in the implementation of the social media strategy.
